1. Binding Agreement
By accessing this website and purchasing any product from JayJay Dentures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our products.
2. Product Nature & Assumption of Risk
JayJay Dentures provides DIY denture kits intended for personal use only. These products require user participation and precision. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use, misuse, or improper application of the product.
You further acknowledge that:
- Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual
- Improper use may result in discomfort, poor fit, or damage
- You assume full responsibility for the outcome
These products are not a substitute for professional dental care.
3. Strict No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom, hygienic, and medical-adjacent nature of our products, we enforce a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Improper use or user error
- Failure to follow instructions
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
4. Limited Exception (Defective Items Only)
Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
If approved, JayJay Dentures may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product, OR
- Issue store credit
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
Failure to provide proof within the required timeframe voids any claim.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us.
Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback will result in:
- Immediate dispute with evidence of this agreement
- Submission of order confirmation, IP address, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor
- Potential legal action and/or collections for recovered losses, fees, and damages
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,JayJay Dentures shall not be liable for:
- Any injury, pain, or medical issues
- Improper fit or dissatisfaction
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product or replacement of the product, at our sole discretion.
7. No Warranties
All products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. User Responsibility
You agree to:
- Follow all instructions exactly
- Use the product at your own risk
- Seek professional dental care if needed
Failure to follow instructions voids any eligibility for replacement consideration.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and instructions are the exclusive property of JayJay Dentures. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Privacy
Your information is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. We do not sell your data.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which JayJay Dentures operates.
You agree that:
- All disputes must be resolved in that jurisdiction
- You waive the right to participate in class actions
- Any claim must be brought individually
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
